I am quite a nervous patient but the whole atmosphere at this practice put me at ease immediately.  My dentist, Dr Ian Byford, instilled confidence by explaining everything with such patience and, because I was so nervous, he even talked me through the procedure while he worked.  The most, without exception, brilliant dentist (and procedure) ever!  First time I've smiled before leaving the dentist.  Thank you. Ian Byford did an amazing job on my two front crowns - I am so delighted.  He was so patient and explained everything during my appointments.  The end result is fabulous
The team are so friendly and lovely, especially Emma
